Every order is checked at three points: incoming materials, during production, and before packing. We test [CONFIRM: stitch strength, colorfastness, abrasion] and hold production against your approved pre-production sample. If it does not match the sample, it does not ship.

Three Inspection Gates
01 — Incoming Materials
Leathers, fabrics, and trims are checked against spec before they enter production. Substandard material is rejected at the door.
02 — In-Line Inspection
Checks during stitching and assembly catch issues while they are still cheap to fix, not after a full batch is complete.
03 — Final QC
Every piece is inspected against your approved pre-production sample before packing. [CONFIRM AQL level]
